Nesta semana a Autoridade de Padrões Publicitária (ASA) do Reino Unido bateu cassinos online novamente. Esta vez ele toca um dos pilares da indústria de jogo online, PokerStars. E com o começo de PokerStars de Outono deve levar um anúncio de cartaz que representa o ás de pôquer terrestre e online Daniel Negreanu. Acima citado anúncio supostamente contém algumas implicações tabu determinadas por ASA como impróprio para um anúncio de jogo.This week the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) of the United Kingdom has struck online casinos again. This time it touches one of the pillars of the online gambling industry, PokerStars. PokerStars lutou com o juízo de ASA mas sem êxito. ASA afirma que a frase que é usada no cartaz sugere que o jogo de pôquer online melhora uma autoimagem de uma pessoa. O fraseado no fundo do cartaz cita Negreanu quem diz: “O pôquer é um esporte de coragem, condenação e confiança.” O anúncio representa Negreanu em engrenagem de hóquei e propriedade de um taco mas não às mesas de poker. Segundo o PokerStars, é um fato que delineia. PokerStars discute que o fraseado não sugere que um jogador em questão pode encontrar estas coisas em um cassino online, mas no lugar dele o anúncio contém que aqueles usuários que já tiveram sucesso têm as características supracitadas.PokerStars fought the judgment from the ASA but without success. According to PokerStars, it is a delineating fact. PokerStars disputes that the wording does not suggest that a concerned player could find these things at an online casino, but in place of it the ad implies that those users who have already succeeded have the above-mentioned characteristics.
ASA evidentemente vê o anúncio de um modo diferente e insiste nisto desafia algumas cláusulas publicitárias do Reino Unido no lugar. PokerStars têm de puxar o uso do anúncio do público e não usam do anúncio de pôquer mais tempo.The ASA evidently sees the advert in a different way and insists on that it defies some advertising clauses of the United Kingdom in place.
